Book Review

I love this book – a naturopath friend suggested it to me as I was looking for ways to improve how I support my emotions. Pain can make you a little bit of a rollercoaster when it comes to highs and lows so it was really good to find such a beneficial resource.

Some of the topics included in this book are:

The different stages of healing with essential oils

How to work out what quality of oils you need

A brief summary on how to use essential oils

Benefits of a lot of individual oils

Lots of blends of essential oils

Overall I’m really enjoying using these oils on a daily basis to see how they can help improve my overall wellbeing.
