Book Review

So after watching a few good docos on food I realised I should actually use this book I bought!

I’m loving all the recipes and meal plans it provides.

I am also keeping a food diary to help me track which foods might be triggers for headaches, pain, inflammation. I think it is a bit of trial and error for all of us to work out what foods suit us best but I am hoping with a bit of conscious eating I can start to support my body in a better and better way.
