Blow your nose balm

Is you have ever had the cold or flu you will know the pain that comes along with blowing your nose for days on end.

I have a super simple and natural balm you can make at home to soothe and heal red and raw skin.


6 teaspoons of Beewax

1 teasponn of Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon of Shea Butter

Lavender Essential Oil


In a double boiler melt the beeswax once melted stir in the coconut oil and shea butter. Combine and pour into a clean sterilised jar. Once this has cooled slightly add 2 drops of lavender essential oil. and mix well.

This can be applied regularly throughout the day to help heal your skin – also great for mozi bites and minor burns.
